Our current open company class offering is FLOW lead by artistic director, Olivia Emert.
FLOW is an intermediate/advanced movement exploration and contemporary phrase work class intended to be a safe and open space for dancers to train and learn the company’s movement language.
Sliding Scale Pay: Recommended $5-20
Pay is taken at end of class, either in cash or Venmo payments. VENMO @Olivia-Emert-1

Class will begin with a guided meditation/mindfulness practice that will lead into movement exploration exercises to get into our own movement expression. Class progresses into release based floor work and across the floor contemporary techniques. Finishing, we research through contemporary phrase work.

What should I wear?
Anything that you are comfortable to move in/feel good in. It is recommended to bring knee pads or pants.
Can I come even if I have to leave early?
YES! If you would like to stay for the first hour or if you have to head out at an earlier time, you are more than welcome to come. Class is for YOU and we would love to move with you. Warm up and technique is an hour and 15 minutes typically, and the combination is roughly 45 minutes. There will be a natural break in between.
Where do I park?
Park on GILHAM RD. There should be side street parking or you can park in the MAIN PARKING LOT OFF OF 38TH ST, if you park in parking lot you will want to walk down the stairs to the lowest level of the building closest to Gilham.
ENTRANCE is at the lowest part of the building, near Gilham side street.
How do I get into the building?
